Not too shabby! I love street corn, and this one was great! Personally, would’ve appreciated a little more spice, but for those who don’t like things too spicy this is a great option!

How can it get better than chicken, carnitas, and grilled pineapple in one dish?! 10/10 recommend trying this dish if you like cooked pineapple!

Loaded with toppings and a very generous serving size (I was able to get 2 meals out of this)! The addition of egg was definitely my favorite part.

Yum!! That’s all I can think to say about this dish - it’s delicious and a more than generous portion. Love the use of spring mix as opposed to shredded iceberg lettuce!

I was unsure about this at first, but I am so so happy I decided to try it! Served with a spoon and topped with chamoy & tajin, this is a perfect option for dessert if you’re looking for something with a little kick!
