I had mine made with pepperoni, ricotta, roasted garlic, and banana peppers (cold on the side). I’m a big fan of a crunchy thin crust and this was definitely that. The creamy ricotta and the sweetness of the roasted garlic really hit the spot. Outstanding brick oven pizza!
