Disappointing on many fronts. Was too thin and lacked flavor especially for a carbonara. Possibly just a bad night for this dish. Would like to give it another try.
Pasta was a little stuck to each other but flavor was good and light. Pancetta was good. Shrimp cooked well.

Well, this was outstanding.
So so good. Great flavor. Smooth. Thick crust. Can’t say enough good things.

Good flavor and sauce. Not a lot of pepper but still enjoyable
I’m not a huge tiramisu fan, so I’m not the best to review. Would have preferred sweeter but it was a nice light texture and heavy on the espresso
Great sauce. Flavorful and robust but not overbearing. Went well with pasta. Meatballs were very good and had a melt in your mouth texture. Great experience and even passed taste test of my Italian husband.
Great flavor but lacks the texture of lady fingers. This is more like a mousse. Delicious but not quite what I expected.

Spaghetti was a bit overcooked, leaving it a tad gummy. The sauce is outstanding. A slight heat with a very pleasant tomato flavor that lends itself nicely to the pasta. The meatballs had me excited because I rarely see the beef, veal and pork foundation that is traditionally found in an Italian meatball from restaurants in this area. However, it seems as if they may use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic and there is something lacking in the seasoning. They are also baked before finishing in the sauce instead of being fried which left these a bit dry on the inside. Overall, a solid dish.

Angelo’s sausage is amazing. So we can get that out of the way. But as far as a stuffed pepper goes, this isn’t what I would expect. The sauce is very good and the sausage is delicious. But the pepper was basically a thin film planted at the bottom of the dish.
