Coyote Rojo Mexican Restaurant

I’m a bit of a guacamole snob, and a lot of Mexican restaurants tend to miss the mark in my opinion — but definitely not this place. WOW, I was genuinely surprised with the quality of this guac. Definitely order it!

I’ve had a lot of Chimichangas over the years, but this one was truly delicious! SOOO much shredded chicken stuffed in that chimichanga and served with rice and beans. 10/10 recommend.
